Transcriptomics and the ChIP-seq revealed that the combination of 8-cpt-cAMP and MS275 could maximize the glioma differentation compared to control or use either drug alone U87 cells/Glioblastoma stem cells were treated with bulk control(V)/0.5mM 8-cpt-cAMP(C)/1nM MS275 (M) or a combination (CM) for 48 hours.
