We performed a tamoxifen-inducible, time-course ChIP-seq analysis of TBP that permits the measurement of TBP binding dynamics at target sites on a genome-wide scale in human cells. Examination of genome-wide TBP-ERT2-3HA distribution at various time after tamoxifen induction in HEK293 cells. Spike-in control (yeast chromatin prepared from the strain expressing 3HA-TBP) was added to the sheared human chromatin lysate. We performed ChIP-seq of TBP-ERT2-3HA using single end sequencing. Reads were mapped to the custom genome containing human genome (hg38) and yeast genome (sacCer3). SRA Study accession is SRP200890, and BioProject accession is PRJNA547816.
