资源简介:
Cancer associated fibroblasts (CAFs) are major components of tumor tissues, and are known to have essential roles in the orchestration of interaction between differential cells in tumor microenvironment (TME). However, the change in the gene expression profile of different types of cells in TME due to the presence of CAF remains unclear. Here we explore the differential gene expression profile of tumor with/without CAFs by performing single-cell RNA sequencing of xenograft tumor tissues. The analysis of single-cell RNA sequencing data, coupled with spatial RNA sequencing data on the same tumor section, should allow sufficient resolution for exploring CAF-induced cellular interaction in TME on single-cell level.
