Mobiilidatavertailu — Finnish 5G Network Performance Dataset 2026

This dataset contains aggregated measurements of 5G mobile-network performance in Finland, produced by Mobiilidatavertailu from open measurement data published through Traficom's Bittimittari service. The dataset covers measurements recorded between 1 October 2025 and 20 September 2026 and includes national and city-level statistics for DNA, Elisa and Telia, and an operator-level observational comparison of 5G and 4G measurements within comparable device cohorts. Published metrics describe the distribution of measured network performance, including sample sizes, median performance and lower-tail statistics such as the 10th percentile where applicable. The underlying Bittimittari measurements are self-selected observations and are not treated as a representative sample of the Finnish population. The source data contains successful measurements; the dataset therefore does not measure network outages or geographical coverage. Mobiilidatavertailu independently processes and analyses the source data according to its published methodology. Traficom is the creator and publisher of the underlying Bittimittari source data.
