Dataset of study: Exploring the validity of an optoelectronic integrated cone beam computed tomography jaw tracking system

The excel tabs are the coordinates of the reference points of the three skulls   (S1, S2, S3) of the two observers (HH and AD)      

HH1: first observer first   measurements; HH2: first observer second measurements; AD1: second observer   first measurements; AD2: second observer second measurements      

Column A are the different positions of the mandible (with the aid of the wafer)   

Column B are the measured reference points   

Column C-E are the coordinates   of the 4D-Jaw Motion (for the x, y and z axis)   

Column G-I are the coordinates   of the 4D-Jaw Motion (for the x, y and   z axis)      

Column K-N are the measured   distances between the Gold standard and the Jaw Motion    

Column K is Difference X = Xgs   - X4D-JM   

Column L is Difference Y = Ygs   - Y4D-JM    

Column M is Difference Z = Zgs   - Z4D-JM
