Derived multi-omics and Genomic SEM datasets for the pleiotropic genetic architecture of multivariate metabolic bone diseases (mvMBDs)

This repository contains the derived analytical outputs supporting the study on the pleiotropic genetic architecture of multivariate metabolic bone diseases (mvMBDs). The datasets encompass the indirectly measured GWAS summary statistics generated via Genomic SEM, the complete catalog of FUMA-derived genomic risk loci, fine-mapping credible sets and posterior inclusion probabilities (PIPs) from SuSiE/FINEMAP, transcriptome-wide association study (TWAS) and FOCUS outputs, as well as comprehensive gene-level and cell-type-specific enrichment results. These publicly available datasets ensure the reproducibility and transparent reporting of our multi-omics analytical pipeline.
