Yachay IA: a connected-host evaluation of a local evidence-constrained learning assistant

Reproducibility package for a connected-host technical evaluation of Yachay IA, a local evidence-constrained learning assistant. The package contains the blinded manuscript, title page, manuscript source, bibliography, architecture figure, EXP-009 Extended protocol, aggregate and row-level technical measurements, and analysis scripts. Excluded from this public deposit: MINEDU source PDFs; Wiki-derived text; raw evidence excerpts and answers; product binaries; model assets; and the TTS audio. Those materials are excluded because redistribution or derivative rights remain unresolved. Licensing: documentation and original data are licensed under CC BY 4.0. Scripts are licensed under the MIT License. The included LICENSE.md provides path-level details.
