Colorectal cancer cases & related risk factors

This dataset includes 5 files. File 1 contains the geographical locations of 695 colorectal cancer cases diagnosed between March 2016 and March 2017 in the city of Mashhad Northeastern Iran. File 2 is regarded to the digital map of neighbourhood divisions of the city and their population in age groups. Files 3-5 show contributor risk factors including average of daily red meat consumption, daily fiber intake, and body mass index for each neighbourhood of the city.
