Simulation Data and Code for: Stochastic Dynamics of Consciousness as a Multi-Scale Regime: A Metabolic–Integrative Formulation

This dataset contains simulation code and generated outputs supporting the manuscript:"Stochastic Dynamics of Consciousness as a Multi-Scale Regime: A Metabolic–Integrative Formulation." Contents include:- Python scripts implementing the stochastic multi-scale model- Condition-level summary outputs- Regime-occupancy curves- Hysteresis sweep data- Switching time-series data- Parameter tables The simulations are phenomenological and are calibrated to reproduce empirically observed constraints on metabolic support (FDG-PET) and neural integration (PCI). No parameter fitting or machine-learning optimization was performed. All files are sufficient to reproduce the figures and tables reported in the manuscript.
