The simulations are phenomenological and are calibrated to reproduce empirically observed constraints on metabolic support (FDG-PET) and neural integration (PCI). No parameter fitting or machine-learning optimization was performed.

All files are sufficient to reproduce the figures and tables reported in the manuscript.
