Posterior generated in the study "Global transcription regulation revealed by dynamical correlations in time-resolved single-cell RNA-sequencing"

The "posterior.zip" folder contains the accepted particles (posterior) for each gene across all models. The "simulations.zip" folder contains the prior, which comprises all the sampled parameter sets and the outputs (summary statistics) generated by the model. The "errors.zip" folder contains the distances between model-generated summary statistics and summary statistics of the data, across all genes and models.
