This dataset was generated by the Stroke Medical Quality Control Center of Zhejiang Province during its monitoring of stroke-related medical practices in Zhejiang Province. It contains patient-related information including age, gender, medical history, diagnosis, medication usage and other relevant details. It can be used for the monitoring and feedback of key performance indicators (KPIs) for medical quality, and helps promote the improvement of medical quality.
