Effects of cannabinoid CB1 ghrelin Ghsr receptor antagonists on voluntary alcohol consumption in transgenic male and female mice

Excel sheets show recordings of voluntary alcohol drinking in various transgenic male and female mice subjected to the two-bottle choice test (2-bp) or drinking in the dark (DID) and effects of treated with CB1 receptor antagonists JD5037 or MRI-1891 (JD or MRI, respectively) or ghrelin Ghrs receptor antagonist PF-5190457 (PF). The following transgenic mouse strains were used: Ghrl wt/Cre;Cnrflox/flox, Glp1r wt/iresCre;Cnr1flox/flox, Gpr65 wt/iresCre;Cnrflox/flox, Phox2b wt/Cre;Cnrflox/flox, Avil wt/CreERT;Cnrflox/flox, Wnt1 wt/Cre;Cnrflox/flox, Trpv1 wt/Cre;Cnrflox/flox, Phox2b wt/Cre; Ghrsflox/flox. Other strains: C57BL6/J, global CB1KO.
