Behavioral Data for Large-scale Dynamics of Perceptual Decision Information across Human Cortex

This dataset contains behavioral data for "Large-scale Dynamics of Perceptual Decision Information across Human Cortex".

The HDF file can be read by using `pandas.read_hdf`. This will return a table that contains one row per trial.

Importantly, the column "hash" matches the index "trial" in the source reconstructed data.

Some important columns:

choice_rt - reaction time
confidence - confidence judgement (1 = low, 2 = high)
contrast_probe - sequence of 10 contrast values, one for each sample (0.5 = reference)
expand - whether grating was expanding (1) or contracting (-1)
noise_sigma - generative standard deviation of distribution that contrast samples were drawn from
repeat - whether this was a repeated stimulus
response - choice (-1 = 'reference higher', 1 = 'test higher')
side - indicates correct answer (-1 = 'reference higher', 1 = 'stimulus higher')
snum - subject number
hash - unique trial identifier (matches 'trial' field in source reconstructed data)
