RNAseq analysis of Trichoderma reesei QM6a and ?ace1 transferred to MA medium containing 1% D-mannitol as carbon source

We report the gene expression of T. reesei QM6a and ?ace1. Both strains were cultivated for 24 h on Mandels-Andreotti medium containing D-glucose as carbon source. Mycelia were then transferred to Mandels-Andreotii medium containin D-mannitol (1%) as carbon source for three hours. Overall design: Comparison of the differential gene expression of T. reesei QM6a and ?ace1 upon transfer to D-mannitol as carbon source.
