Next-Generation sequencing for study of Feline Immunodeficiency virus (FIV) complete genome and viral quasispecies analysis

This project expected to standardize a method for amplification and sequencing of FIV genome in a simple way, allowing a broader analysis to increase the knowledge on the biology and evolution of the virus and virus-host interaction.
