Three-Dimensional Biomass Burning Emission Inventory for Southeast and East Asia Based on Multi-Source Data and Machine Learning

This dataset contains a partial release of the biomass burning (BB) emission fields from the Southeast and East Asia Fire (SEAF) emission inventory. The included files provide hourly 3 km resolution 2D and 3D PM₂.₅ emissions for March 2023, derived from cloud-corrected, cross-calibrated Fire Radiative Power (FRP) observations from Himawari-9 AHI and VIIRS. The vertical allocation in the 3D dataset is based on plume height predictions from a Random Forest model trained with MISR plume observations and ERA5 meteorological data.
