This dataset includes in-situ zircon U-Pb ages, trace element concentrations, Hf and O isotopic compositions, and water contents from granulite xenoliths in the Tuoyun Basin, Western Tianshan. It also includes supporting Raman spectra data and whole-rock major and trace element compositions.
