Global impact of arsenite on Aromatoleum sp. CIB

Aromatoleum sp. CIB is a facultative anaerobic beta-proteobacterium with diverse environmental capabilities. It is capable of tolerating significant concentrations of arsenite. Here, we analyze the global impact of arsenite on gene expression under both aerobic and anaerobic growth conditions.
