The dataset refers to the leaching process of post-mining mineral waste. The process was carried out using acidophilic microorganisms. Before leaching, the mineral material was modified by the adsorption of anionic and cationic surfactants. Results of pH and Eh measurements, specific surface area, and the concentration of leached elements, including arsenic, iron, lead, and zinc, were included. Research was conducted within a project number 2021/43/D/ST10/02784, financed by the National Science Centre, Poland.
