Single cell RNA-seq and bulk RNA-seq characterization of human induced pluripotent stem cell (hiPSCs) derived Huntington's disease organoids resembling the human striatum Bulk RNA sequencing of day 60 and 80 human striatal organoids(hStrOs) drived from human induced pluripotent stem cell (hiPSCs) 7-2 (CAGs 59) and 12-4 (CAGs 55); Single-cell RNA sequencing of day 110 human striatal organoids(hStrOs) drived from human induced pluripotent stem cell (hiPSCs) 7-2. Both hiPSC-7-2 (CAGs 59) and hiPSC-12-4 (CAGs 55) are from Huntington’s disease patients.
