In vivo cardiac function during swimming in juvenile red drum fish (Sciaenops ocellatus) following crude oil exposure

Cardiovascular performance of surgically recovered juvenile red drum fish (Sciaenops ocellatus) were collected during stepwise hypoxia. Cardiac output, ventral aortic and dorsal aortic pressures were collected by instrumentation of a ventral aortic doppler flow probe and afferent and efferent branchial artery cannulation. Data was acquired via Powerlab hardware connected to a Macintosh running Labchart v8.1.4 data acquisition software. All Labchart files were converted to .txt files. A readme file is included for each file. Water quality spreadsheets are present as .csv files.
