Dataset of parameters and HAZ size in laser scanning of CFRP

Single-line and single-shot scanning experiemnts on the surface of unidirectionally and bidirectionally laminated carbon fiber reinforced composites (CFRP) were conducted with CW laser and PW laser, respectively. The present dataset contains the laser processing parameters and corresponding HAZ sizes used for the building and validation of HAZ extension models.
