This dataset contains lipidomics profiling data from SK-Hep1 human hepatocellular carcinoma cells treated with a ferroptosis inducer or sodium selenite. Cells were treated for 24 hours under the following conditions: vehicle control, 400 nM RSL3, or 6 µM sodium selenite. Lipid extracts were analyzed using mass spectrometry–based lipidomics, and a total of 2,116 lipid species were quantified across samples.
