Dual cycle CO2 fixation enhances growth and lipid synthesis in Arabidopsis thaliana

Identification of T-DNA insertions of the McG transgenes by using Nanopore whole genomesequencing. The genome sequencing library was prepared by using the Rapid Barcoding kit 96(v14 SQK-RBK114.96). One ug of the prepared library was loaded to R10.4 flowcell andsequenced. The raw reads were processed and aligned with Mc and G binary plasmids andthe Arabidopsis Col0 reference genome TAIR10 to identify the transgene insertion sitesand the coverage rates of T-DNA insertion sites to the genome.
