Proteomic analysis of leucine effect on OMM protein turnover in C. elegans (Leu)

This project is to investigate whether and how leucine affects endogenous OMM protein stability in C. elegans. Whole worm and enriched mitochondria samples (with/without leucine treatment) were measured.
