累计收录中央各级党政机关发布的政策文本15万余篇，地方各级党政机关发布的政策文本200余万篇。为企业、政策研究组织、商业分析人士提供经营管理、战略规划、公共管理、商业分析的政策材料。面向有政策知识管理需求的用户提供分类、标签、划线、高亮、摘录等政策研学笔记功能；帮助用户进行政策工具分析，并生成政策思维导图；基于政策笔记集合绘制可视化政策关系星图，提供政策全文相似度比对查询，帮助政策研究用户快速、精准定位到同类政策条款；提供主题、机构、时间、层级等多维度统计分析，量化政策实施强度。

This dataset has collected a total of over 150,000 policy documents issued by central Party and government agencies at all levels, and more than 2 million policy documents released by local Party and government agencies at all levels. It provides policy materials for enterprises, policy research institutions and business analysts to support their work in business management, strategic planning, public administration and business analysis. For users with policy knowledge management needs, it offers policy research note-taking functions including categorization, tagging, underlining, highlighting and excerpting, assists users in conducting policy tool analysis and generating policy mind maps, and generates visualized policy relationship star graphs based on collections of policy notes. It also provides full-text policy similarity comparison and query services to help policy researchers quickly and accurately locate similar policy clauses, and supports multi-dimensional statistical analysis covering topics, issuing institutions, time and administrative levels to quantify policy implementation intensity.
