In order to explore the genes related to glucan synthesis and accumulation in oat grains and to analyse the expression patterns of the related genes, we carried out RNA sequencing on two oat varieties with large differences in glucan content, which may provide a theoretical basis for the cultivation of oats for oat varieties with high glucan content.
