This package contain the information about non-structural carbohydrates (NSC) in 82 Amazon tree species. There is the mean values of total non-structural carbohydrates (NSCT), starch and soluble sugars (SS) concentrations and the proportion of NSCT in the form of SS (SS:NSCT). Samples are from six sites in the Amazon Basin spanning a broad precipitation gradient. Measurements took place during the wet season in all six sites and during the wet season only in the seasonal sites.
