ZINC provides 3D structures, supplier information, physicochemical properties, conformations, downloadable datasets and data for virtual screening preparation of commercially available and drug-like small molecules. It is provided by the laboratories of Irwin and Shoichet at the University of California, San Francisco, and is designed for molecular docking, drug discovery and chemical space screening.
