The sequencing results of the abdominal aorta in spontaneously hypertensive rats after treatment with Qingda granule and its herbal components

Qingda granule (QDG), composed of Gastrodia elata Blume (Gas), Uncaria rhynchophylla (Miz.) Miz. ex Havil. (Unc), Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi (Scu), and Nelumbo nucifera Gaertn (Nel), significantly attenuates hypertension and vascular smooth muscle cells (VSMCs) proliferation. However, the specific roles and underlying mechanisms of its individual herbs remain unclear.Therefore, we sought to elucidate the genetic alterations in vascular smooth muscle of hypertensive rats induced by Qingda granule and its herbal components.
