Data and code supporting Chen, H., "A Geophysics-Informed Framework for Modeling Critical-Zone Subsurface Structure." This archive contains the seismic records, modeling code, and calibration results for a study that constrains critical-zone structure at the Treeline site, Dry Creek Experimental Watershed, Idaho, by calibrating a process-based structural model directly against seismic-refraction first-arrival travel times. Contents: - Seismic records for seven P-wave refraction profiles collected between May and September 2016: merged SEG-Y line files and the picked first-arrival travel times (7,190 picks) in pyGIMLi unified format, with geophone coordinates and along-line topography.- Terrain inputs: digital elevation model and ArcGIS D8 flow direction, flow accumulation, and channel rasters.- Code implementing mobile-regolith evolution in Landlab, relief-ratio fresh-bedrock geometry, rock-physics conversion to P-wave velocity, pyGIMLi travel-time forward modeling, and SCE-UA calibration.- Calibration outputs: the complete search history, the retained behavioral ensemble, per-line travel-time predictions, and gridded critical-zone structure with uncertainty.
