The file 'soy_area_combined' provides the polygons of the soybean plantations analyzed in this manuscript. We acquired the information from field measurements. The 'tree_frag_2019_2022' contains the isolated tree polygons analyzed in this manuscript. We visually identified these trees by selecting the imagery of the year of interest on Google Earth Pro (Google n.d.) and using QGIS (QGIS n.d.) drawing tools to manually delineate tree polygons.
