Id3 is required for the maintenance of tissue-infiltrating alloreactive T cells in GVHD but not anti-leukemia responses [scRNA-Seq]

To identify how Id3 transcriptionaly regulate alloreactive CD4 T cells and whether this leads to the generation of distinct alloreactive donor T cell populations. WT or Id3-KO CD4 T cells were transplanted to lethally irradiated Balb/c mice. Donor CD4 T cells were seperated from the spleens and livers of recipient mice 3 weeks after hematopoietic stem cell transplantation for scRNAseq library preparation.
