本数据由东川区人民医院通过 HIS 系统及慢性病管理档案系统联合采集，涵盖 2025 年 8-10 月门诊 285 种慢特病（含高血压、糖尿病等）的就诊人次、医保结算、患者信息等核心数据。可精准分析辖区慢病类型、患病率及流行趋势，识别高危人群与健康隐患，为区域性慢病精准防控、早期干预提供科学依据；同时明确诊疗设备、药品耗材的配置更新需求，优化医疗资源配置，并通过医保与自费数据对比，评估慢病医保政策覆盖效能，为完善医保支付政策、减轻患者负担提供数据支撑。

This dataset was jointly collected by the People's Hospital of Dongchuan District via the Hospital Information System (HIS) and chronic disease management archive system. It covers core data including outpatient consultation volumes, medical insurance settlement records, patient information and other key metrics for 285 types of chronic and special diseases (including hypertension, diabetes, etc.) from August to October 2025. It enables accurate analysis of chronic disease types, prevalence rates and epidemic trends in the jurisdiction, identification of high-risk populations and potential health hazards, and provides scientific evidence for precise regional chronic disease prevention and control and early intervention. Meanwhile, it clarifies the requirements for configuration and renewal of diagnostic and treatment equipment, pharmaceuticals and medical consumables, and optimizes the allocation of medical resources. Additionally, by comparing medical insurance and out-of-pocket payment data, it evaluates the coverage effectiveness of chronic disease-related medical insurance policies, providing data support for improving medical insurance payment policies and reducing the financial burden on patients.
