Results reporting the immunological responses of THP-1 cells exposed to coal dust in vitro

This excel workbook reports the results from two immunological assays conducted in vitro. <br> Sheet 1 reports the results from the LDH-based assay (a marker of cytotoxicity). This includes the absorbance values reported, the % cytotoxicity between the exposure doses, and the results of a t-test conducted to compare the significance of the observed values in relation to the low control. <br> Sheet 2 contains the results from the MDA-based assay (marker for lipid peroxidation). This includes the absorbance values measured and the concentration of MDA determined via a standard curve. <br>
