Pocketome

The Pocketome is an encyclopedia of conformational ensembles of druggable binding sites that can be identified experimentally from co-crystal structures in the Protein Data Bank. Each Pocketome entry describes a site on a protein surface that is involved in transient interactions with small molecules and peptides.口袋组（Pocketome）是一部收录可药物结合位点构象集合的百科全书，此类位点可通过实验手段从蛋白质数据库（Protein Data Bank）的共晶结构中识别获得。每个口袋组条目均描述了蛋白质表面上一处参与小分子与多肽瞬时相互作用的位点。
