Coding gene expression matrix generated from in vitro hepatocyte differentiation of human embryonic stem cells (hESCs). The dataset includes gene-level expression values for a series of developmental stages, including undifferentiated hESC (cHES), hepatic lineage commitment (HLCI, HLCII, HLCIII), and mature hepatocyte stages (N1, N2). Gene expression was quantified for coding genes across all samples.
