Underlying simulation files for "Numerical Simulation of Turbulent Asymmetric Flow in a Passive Containment Cooling System Thermosiphon". This repository contains the COMSOL Multiphysics simulation files, along with exported plain-text data and post-processing scripts written in Python for displaying this data. The cases themselves are contained in a .ZIP file and should be extracted to the main directory for use. For the Python scripts to operate correctly, the file structure should be roughly: /cases/[case name]/[case files], where '/' is the directory within which the Python scripts are located. Ex. /cases/ME96_case_A/ME96_case_A.mph processComsolFiles.py should be run for every folder in /cases, while processNRCFiles.py can simply be run once to prepare data from the benchmark simulation. postProcessing.py prepares plots based on this extracted data.
