资源简介：
(1) Raw sequening data of Zea mays (maize) root, rhizosphere, and soil surrounding roots samples. (2)16S ribosomal RNA sequencing were done for the analysis of microbial communities structure in these samples. (3) All samples were collected in both elevated ozone and ambient condtion, I want to compare the elevated O3 treatment effect on the microbial communities structure of these three sample types. (4) Two genotypes of maize were used in this study. One is inbred B73, one is hybrid B73XMO17. We also would like see the effect of genetic difference of the host on the below ground microbial communities structure.
