Map Viewing Service (WMS) of the dataset: Rivers within the meaning of the water police in the Loiret

Since April 2015, a field expertise approach has been implemented to complete the mapping of watercourses, made public in 2008, identifying the rivers subject to the provisions of the Water Act. The implementation of this approach is carried out by the Direction départementale des Territoires (DDT) du Loiret with the technical support of the Agence Française pour la Biodiversité (AFB). Updating the mapping is pragmatic (based on existing mapping), transparent (provision of methodological documents) and partnership (forms for requesting the examination or re-examination of a status).
