Number of liquor store chains in the Netherlands 2017, by number of branches

This statistic shows the total number of liquor store chains in the Netherlands in 2016, by number of branches. In 2017, there were seven liquor stores with more than 80 branches in the Netherlands: Coop Slijter, EMTÉ Slijter, Gall & Gall, Jumbo Slijt, Mitra, Plus Slijter and Úwtopslijter. Next to that, a number of smaller chains also operated in the Netherlands. Dirck III, for example, had between 21 and 40 branches.
