Diffrential expression of urinary bladder cells microRNAs ( miRs) in cyclophosphamide induced cystitis
收藏资源简介:
During cyclophosphamide (CYP) induced ctstitis progression differential expression of microRNAs (miRs) play a role in urinary bladder inflammation and detrusor function. We identified eight UBs miRs that are known to be involved in various other bladder pathologies which exhibited altered expression in CYP mice and e predicted to have a role in inflammation and smooth muscle function (miR-34c-5p, -34b-3p, -212-3p, -449a-5p, -21a-3p, -376b-3p, -376b-5p and -409-5p). Overall design: We observed several UBs miRs including miR-34c-5p, miR-21a-3p, miR-34b-3p miR-212-3p, miR-449a-5p, miR-376b-3p, miR-376b-5p, and miR-409-5p, expression in CYP-induced as compared to control, suggesting that IC may result from altered miRs expression mediated CYP induction.
