Metagenome analysis of microbe population at different processing stages of Corbicula fluminea which are eaten as heritage snack in Malaysia. The data obtained will be the baseline to analyse the usage of medicinal herbs in alleviating microbial contamination in C. fluminea tissue during the smoking stage and also increase public awareness on roadside food stall hygiene.
