Reproducibility package for nowcasting incomplete malaria surveillance reports and short-term forecasting in the Peruvian Amazon, 2023–2026

Reproducibility package supporting a retrospective ecological prediction study of weekly malaria surveillance in Loreto, Peru. The deposit contains audited aggregate surveillance and climate datasets, data dictionary and quality-control information, corrected/final R scripts for nowcasting and 2- to 4-week forecasting, frozen manuscript-level outputs, final publication figures, session information, and the study protocol. No individual-level or identifiable patient data are included.
