Nucleolar aggregation of key neuropathological proteins in the postmortem neurodegenerative brain

This dataset contains the raw image files and source data supporting the findings of the study "Nucleolar aggregation of amyloidogenic proteins in human brain tissue and their role in neurodegenerative disease" (manuscript in preparation). The dataset includes: - High-resolution raw microscopy image files used to generate the figures and insets in the main manuscript and supplementary materials. - Spreadsheets containing quantitative measurements corresponding to individual figures.
