资源简介:
This supplemental dataset provides comprehensive supporting information for the primary study on the impact of NOSIAP genetic polymorphisms (rs12742393 and rs10494366) on exenatide response in Chinese type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) patients, detailing inclusion/exclusion criteria for clinical cohorts (Tables S1, S2, S3), baseline and longitudinal anthropometric/metabolic parameters across genotypes (Tables S7, S8, S9, S10), and binary logistic regression predictors of therapeutic efficacy (Table S11, S12, with linear regression visualized in illustrates participant enrollment flow, while experimental validation includes NOS1AP knockdown efficiency in INS-1 cells and mouse islets. Methodologies encompass genotyping (SNaPshot assay with primers in Table S5), protein analysis (Western blot antibodies in Table S6), and statistical approaches, with all human and animal protocols approved by the Ethics Committee of Affiliated Hospital of Xuzhou Medical University, adhering to ethical guidelines and informed consent requirements.
