Using a long-term rainout shelter experiment in the LTER at Kellogg Biological Station (KBS), we imposed drought across a gradient of agricultural management intensities (conventional, no-till, early successional), with additional manipulations of carbon inputs (sorghum residue) and biotic interactions (fungicide, nematicide). Fungal and bacterial communities were assessed for resistance during drought and resilience after recovery across two cropping seasons.
