To explore the signaling pathways involved in aortic regurgitation (AR)-induced dysregulation from the compensated phase of the heart to the heart failure phase, and to discover the characteristic genes closely related to AR. Overall design: Aortic valve injury was induced by minimally invasive surgery to construct a mouse model of AR, and hearts were collected for high-throughput sequencing at week2 (compensatory), week 4 (decompensatory) and week 10 (heart failure) after surgery.
