This study was based on soil samples collected in a 31-year-old experiment established at the Agronomical Experimental Station at the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul, Southern Brazil. The relative abundance of 16S rRNA gene was quantified throughout high throughput sequencing, as well as diversity and richness were calculated. Also, we correlated the 16S results with chemical features of each treatment.
