资源简介:
Additional file 4. A CSV file for hypocenters for each cluster in Fig. 3 (Table S4; data set generated in this study). Starting from the left, the “index_cluster” denotes the cluster numbering. The indices of 0 and natural numbers denote the cluster numbers. The index of -1 denotes the outlier cluster of HDBSCAN. The index -2 indicates the excluded events by the quality control of normal vectors: the column “planarity” less than 2.0. The index -9 indicates the events whose normal vectors were not calculated, because the number of nearest points in the radius $${r}^{\text{NV}}=0.4$$ r NV = 0.4 [km] was less than 5. The next three columns “N”, “E”, and “D” are the north, east, and depth positions in the Cartesian coordinate system in kilometers, respectively. The next three columns “nn_org”, “ne_org”, and “nd_org” are the north, east, and depth components of the normal vectors, respectively. The “pc3_ratio” and “planarity” columns denote the contribution rate of PC3 eigenvalues and the fraction of PC2 to PC3 eigenvalues when calculating point-cloud normal vectors, respectively. The “catalog_index” is named starting from 0 as catalog numbers. The same “id” is used as that within Table S2.
